After waiting several months instead of the four to six weeks estimate we were originally given they didn’t put two covers that they should have on the tank. When Mr. Snyder collected the payment, he said he would send them out the next week to take care it. That was six weeks ago, and Mr. Snyder hasn’t responded to any of my four messages requesting they complete the job they were paid for. Very disappointed that once payment was received, they were through even though the job wasn’t.
Not only did Luke come out and give a fair and honest inspection of a property we were looking to but, his guys did a great job when they came out to pump the tanks on the property we’re selling. I can honestly say that they did a tremendously more thorough job than the folks who pumped it when we first bought the house. With what I know now, I can say with confidence that the system was not properly pumped when we bought and moved in 6 years ago.
