RecommendedMy car wasn’t starting so I walked to the nearest Shell for some oil. What could have been a terrible night turned into a great experience! Charles (aka Chase) the owner let me borrow an oil funnel/rags and even offered me a ride back to my car (somehow he knew it wasn’t the oil). When I came back with my mom to return the funnel he checked my battery and showed us it had dead cells. Then he gave me a new one while he charged mine overnight so I could get to work the next day! Thanks again to Chase at Jermantown shell, my car is back on the road like new. Even last minute they are accommodating, friendly and speedy ! If you go anywhere else in the area to get your car serviced you are doing it wrong !
