Dr. Jermaine Ralph is an excellent GI doctor. After having gone through 8 other GI doctors in as many years, I consider myself fortunate that he did not just read the guesses of others before him but actually tested and diagnosed my condition. I may not be out of the woods yet but at least he has me going in the right direction now.
Was not happy with Dr. Ralph. I went there for a colonoscopy cancer screening, which is covered under insurance due to my age. I was questioned on whether I’ve ever had diarrhea, constipation, rectal bleeding, etc.. I explained to the doctor that over the years I’ve had all the above, but I was there for the screening. Without notifying me, the doctor scheduled me for a diagnostic colonoscopy, which was not covered under insurance and was gonna be a $2000 out-of-pocket expense. Fantastic doctor & staff. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Ralph and his staff are very professional and helpful! I went to 3 doctors before I found Dr. Ralph. It took time but I am extremely satisfied with my care now!!
