If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is by far the worst dental office I’ve ever dealt with — unprofessional, disorganized, and downright disrespectful. For TWO MONTHS I tried to get my son a simple cleaning appointment. Finally, he was scheduled for July 29th. A week before, someone from this office called and said his appointment was moved from 12 PM to 4 PM because of the staff’s “lunch break.” I confirmed it TWICE over the phone. Daughter went in to get her teeth cleaned and they broke her bottom bracket on her braces they were told not to use floss while cleaning her teeth and did not listen.
Customer service and front desk service is really poor and stupid people working there.
Whoever the receptionist with braids and glasses is, is very rude and if you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t work there.
