everyone is so incompetent it’s ridiculous!
Their answering service today refused to take message for when they return to office, instead they told me to call back when they open. This is poor service being provided as representing this Doctors and staff while closed. I expect to receive good customer service no matter who I speak to. If this persists, then it will result in my seeking care elsewhere.
