When you call to make or confirm an appointment, they rarely answer. If you leave a voicemail, they don’t respond. It’s clear they don’t give a damn about actually helping people or following up. They close at 4 on Friday and the other days at 5 except Saturday and Sunday but from 3pm they stop picking up phone calls and when you call it goes strait to their mailbox after waiting 30 min
