Buying plants from them for last 10 years. Bought a plant two weeks ago. Asked the girl behind the counter (nice, friendly who helped me find correct potting mix etc) that if the plant did not do well, will they take it back? She said sure, bring it in. Today as the plant was dead, I took it back to the store. There was an old, rude, mean woman who looked at my plant and said they don’t exchange plants. Jericho is wonderful and it's enjoyable to shop there. They have been very helpful as we've started our garden and learned how to care for our trees and plants. Wendy remembers us from year to year and is so quick to go out of her way to help us. No question is ever too dumb or problem too small for them to address. It's a plus that the store is always tidy and colorful!
I lots of help. Told us about sales of plants that we were not aware of. Great honesty and integrity.
