Jericho General Contractors worked with us to carry out building envelope remediation on a number of properties we were leasing out. They were very professional and knowledgable. Our building envelope consultant who worked with them were also impressed with their work ethic and ability to manage the project.

After purchasing our condo in Coquitlam, the first renovation we wanted to make was to paint everything in our home. We got several quotes from companies but we decided to go with Jericho and glad we did that. They did an incredible job. The quote was very detail, They're very polite & accommodating to change the schedule within 24hour notice and did not charge anything extra, they worked meticulously, reasonably priced, we are so impressed with how our house looks now. Highly recommend them.

After bidding the project out to 5 construction companies, we narrowed down to Jericho general contractors. Our due diligence was extensive because this was an entire office renovation. They were flexible, efficient, polite and professional, Overall a superb job. We recommend this company unconditionally.
