My Father bought a house in Houston with a lifetime foundation repair warranty. After paying the transfer fee ($200) he received the warranty with a new condition that he was not made aware of before. The new warranty said lifetime repair at an additional cost, meaning in case of any repair, he should pay the adjustment cost. This was not mentioned and this company lacks honesty.

After contacting the BBB Houston, Jericho admitted to at least one piling NOT installed (it was 2) and offered a refund of 200.00. BUT, now are including a lie that I approved the work and even hired them for additional work...BUT, supposedly they just never invoiced me for this additional 2k, even though up until their other invoice I was 100% happy....right....Funny how new charges show up once I complain, and provide evidence to my claims. I hired this company to come fix what a previous company had done. The owner (Dallas) came out and looked at the property and wrote up an estimate that included a blueprint showing what would be done. We agreed on a price and time line. After several visits of an hour or less I called the owner and got no answer for days, and then was contacted via txt with an apology. The owner claimed he had crew issues. Awesome! – I started to notice cracks on my walls and our doors were difficult to close. I called Jericho foundation and they sent Dallas Duffy out the following day. He came out and did a free estimate that took about 30 minutes. He delivered the bad news and said they could start in 3 weeks. He gave me a price that I found to be completely reasonable and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I called him the following day and they started and finished on the days promised. Not So Great – When we had concerns about our foundation, we turned to Jericho. They were quick to come out and give us a quote. Then they scheduled to come out and do the work. Unfortunately, the day they were supposed to come out, they weren't able to make it. I was told that they would call me to reschedule. They never called. I called them several times and even emailed them. Never heard from them again.

Top notch foundation repair at a good price When we needed to have our foundation repaired, I obtained bids from several companies. I went with Jericho based on both the sense of integrity I picked up from the owner and the price he offered, which was actually one of my lower bids.
