My counsellor provides me with an objective perspective that lets me see where I'm tripping myself up. She helps me by showing me ways to cope with issues and how to stop reinforcing bad behaviours. Most of all, she gives me a safe place to talk about things in my life I can't really discuss with others. Grateful for her help.

This clinic is great. Christabel is amazing! She is kind, compassionate and very helpful. I always leave sessions wanting to take action in particular areas of my life. Counselling is such an important part of overall well-being - if it is accessible for you, I highly recommend!

I have been a client of Jericho for many years, meeting with many therapists along the way and working primary with Rena, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I have been able to count on Jericho to be the steady throughout many ups and downs over these years. I have learned many skills that have stuck with me and continue to serve me both in and out of sessions. Working with Jericho and Rena has helped me in many ways, I am eternally grateful for this team. I would recommend them over and over again!
