My experience with Jericho was very helpful. My counsellor, Dimple was patient, insightful and focussed on my goals. She was very approachable and made getting started comfortable. Highly recommended.
My counsellor provides me with an objective perspective that lets me see where I'm tripping myself up. She helps me by showing me ways to cope with issues and how to stop reinforcing bad behaviours. Most of all, she gives me a safe place to talk about things in my life I can't really discuss with others. Grateful for her help.
This clinic is great. Christabel is amazing! She is kind, compassionate and very helpful. I always leave sessions wanting to take action in particular areas of my life. Counselling is such an important part of overall well-being - if it is accessible for you, I highly recommend!
