Customer service and loader’s are great. It is a tight location for semi trucks but it’s doable just take your time and be safe.
Pretty smooth a little snug for trucks but ain't no biggie loaded quick cool people no problems here....
Loading is fast and unloading is slow, it seems like it only takes a break once an hour!
Enter off 230th, second entrance as you're coming in from Wilmington. Pull up to fence then go inside to check in. I think they mostly load out of doors 13,14, and 15, which have you turn a very tight turn out of the exit and pull into the street to back into. If no one is there it's OK, but the spots are VERY close to each other, so watch your mirrors.
