4 months ago I started working with Jeri on some health problems I have related to weight. Currently I have lost 33 lbs and still going. Jeri was able to help me figure out a menu that has helped me lose weight. I still have some way to go to reach my goals and Jeri has been working with me every step of the way.
I needed to lose weight for various health reasons. I knew very little about nutrition and creating a healthy diet plan for myself. I found Jeri on the Internet and scheduled a phone appointment. Jeri was patient, supplied me with a diet and supplement plan to fit my needs. Following Jeri's diet plan, and guidance via subsequent appointment calls, I reached my weight loss goals, look better and feel better.
