My wife and I bought a modular home at Klines Resort and found it needed extensive plumbing work done. Jergens sent out a total of 5 people before everything was finally done. Very unprofessional, I was just cut off on I94 by a Jergens Ford king cab with a chrome tool box in the back. Tried to keep up to get plate stop trying once I hit 90! Plate looked like DD 16293 🤬
Had a custom boat cover made here. They made a mistake but compromised with me in making a deal. They fixed the issue and made it right. Being a veteran with horrible OCD appreciate them making it right, however I would have much preferred not having to go through the headache to begin with. Not sure why the boss man walked out with me to conclude the purchase of this cover, instead of the man I was working with that I have no hard feelings about. But he seemed to be in a rush as though he wanted to get rid of me
