I appreciate Jeremy, 1 he called a new customer back. Offered to help me walk through some pump issues with pictures and text messages. I appreciate how he responded to my questions and pictures. We got everything working and it was a stress relief . Jeremy has awesome customer service skills and a lot of great knowledge and patience. CALL HIM.
Jeremy is amazing! Was having a heater issue with the spa and pool. He insisted and educating me over the phone and it all worked!!! Thank you! Could have easily charged me lots of $$$ for an on-site analysis and parts. Really impressed with level on honesty and integrity!
