I called Jeremy about our pool heater not working . He came over within 24 hours and on Easter Sunday! He was so professional and just a kind.p person. He was able to fix it on the spot. I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
Jeremy's been our Pool Guy for about 4 years now. He is truly the best of "The Best". I always message him when I have questions & he was always available to help. & when Im not sure of what Im doing, he will have no problem of stopping by to assist me personally. Jeremy was absolutely amazing. He came to our home and showed me what the problem was, walked me through the system; how to put the part on and how to take it off. He explained things that I did not know and taught me how to take care of it moving forward. He did not charge me anything because he was already in the area. He is definitely trustworthy, loves what he does, and doesn't mind helping get to the root of the problem. I will hire him for every pool issue and concern moving forward.
Jeremy has excellent customer service! I can always get a hold of him quickly if there Is a problem. And- he helps me find good and economical items when needed. One of the best.
