I had a really dark coffee stain on our rug and was about to toss it out after trying to clean it myself and even having another carpet cleaning service come by. Ruben and his team worked for almost two hours treating the rug, and the stain came out much better than before. Ruben was very professional and friendly, and made sure I was happy with the results. I will definitely have them come back if I need more carpet cleaning in the future. Great service and wonderful people in Plano.
I was really happy with the carpet cleaning service I received from Micah. Before he came to my home in Plano, I got a text with his photo so I knew exactly who to expect and when he would arrive. our carpets were really dirty and needed a deep cleaning. i was worried they might not come clean. after seeing all the good reviews, i set up an appointment with jeremy's carpet service. tristan gave me an honest idea of what had to be done and explained the price. the cleaning was finished on time, done fast, and looked very professional. i can't believe how nice my carpets look now. now that i've used this company, i know what to expect and will call them again.
i have been using jeremy's carpet service for a while now, and every time they do an amazing job cleaning our carpets. we have grandkids who make quite a mess when they visit, but after each visit, our carpets look fresh and new again. the cleaning is so good that i've even delayed getting the hard wood floors my wife wants. they use top-notch carpet cleaning equipment and really care about their work. i highly recommend them!
