I am extremely happy with the carpet cleaning service I received from Jeremy's Carpet Service! I scheduled an appointment online, but the time I picked wasn't available. I got both an email and a text letting me know, so I called to reschedule. Jeremy's Carpet Service is a fantastic company to work with. After a water line came loose under our sink, our house was flooded in less than an hour. When we returned home to find water everywhere and our floors completely soaked, we quickly searched online and found help. Craig and the team arrived fast, even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon. I want to share how happy I am with Jeremy's Carpet Service. Craig came out to clean the carpets in my home daycare, and he did an amazing job. There were stains everywhere from milk, juice, and lots of little spills—honestly, I was always worried when parents or friends visited because of how the carpets looked. We were able to get an appointment for carpet cleaning on short notice with Jeremy's Carpet Service. Ruben, the technician who helped us before, arrived right on time and did an excellent job again. Our carpets looked much brighter and were only slightly damp after he finished, which was great. The wool carpet in our main family room needs special dry cleaning, and Ruben handled it perfectly.
