I don’t know who my nurse was today but she was the ABSOLUTE BEST! I had the worst day, I am a hormonal mess and she said so many kind things to me to make me feel at ease. I apologized because I knew upfront I was going to start crying and she said oh honey you go right ahead. She repeatedly was kind, compassionate and smiled the entire time. I want her to know how appreciative I am. And I needed her kindness on a not so good day for myself.
I felt very confident with Dr. Ransdell. Easy to communicate with. Good personality.
The doctor is amazing. Kind, compassionate etc. His office staff...not so much. Unanswered messages on the portal ,prescription mistakes . My doctor retired , I used to go to the Harvard location, they were / are SO efficient and amazing that the chaos of the Jenks office is hard to get used to. Also..at Harvard, I never waited more than 20 or 30 minutes. In Jenks I have to plan on waiting at least 45 Minutes. So...Doctor Jeremy: 5 stars. His office staff: 2 stars.
