absolutely ridiculous. have a blood clot going up leg and no help. specifically voiced against 1 type of medication and that is what was sent to the pharmacy. getting ahold of any one to help is impossible going on a week now of no medication and no answers. and readily being told someone will contact and note was sent. Or i can go to a walk in clinic. absolutely crazy and unacceptable
Terrible health "care" provider. Jessica Hoover is more like a heartless greedy robot of a provider that just shuffles through as many patients as possible. She will not give you any help with overall health care needed like blood work levels like cholesterol, liver etc. Sound Family Medicine is a greedy facility that does not care about patients and their actual health care needs.
