Do not use this place for closing on anything it's a complete joke . If I could rate a zero or lower I would. Our closing on a house we sold was done on Friday July 17th we finally got our check from them on July 21st took it to the bank to deposit bank refused to take the check because the stamped signature was not readable ( smudged) after driving 30 miles to our bank we had to come all the way back to Centre to get a new check with a actual signature on it and was told they only use the stamp if no one is there to sign.
