I was so impressed with his direct and swift guidance as we came into the ED on 11/13. My husband has improved and I had a question about a prescription recommendation that was made on a secondary visit yesterday. Surprised that he answered the doctor ED line. Same decisive nature with excellent guidance. U of R Thompson ED has served us well when we needed it the most.
Rude, unkind & could not possibly care less. He should find another job not working with people.
