He explains and answers all questions. Doesn’t rush you.
He is patient, takes detailed history, empathizes, and knowledgeable. He responds to messages promptly, wait time is short less than 30 minutes. He called me once because it has been a while that I visited the clinic and based on the state of my medical condition, that was very nice of him.
Dr. Rochester is extremely knowledgeable AND caring and helped me through my first colonoscopy. He’s the best!
Wonderful doctor. Very knowledgeable. Takes his time with patients . Calls you back . My husband and I have been seeing him for close to 10 years . Absolutely love him
I have been a patient of Dr. Rochester's for 6 years. If I call him and request a call back he always calls back by end of business day. Each time I am in the office he spends a good 20-30 minutes with me and never makes me feel rushed. He listens tentatively and answers all the questions I have. His bedside manner is wonderful. He genuinely cares and is the only doctor I have ever gone to that I completely 100% trust and feel has my best interest in mind at all times.
