Dr. Ross and his team have been phenomenal. They really seem to care about you as a person and that makes an incredibly hard situation more bearable. Dr. Ross is compassionate and caring while also being incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
Dr Ross has been treating my husband for Follicular Lymphoma. Not knowing what to expect we came into his office without any preconceptions. Dr. Ross was extremely attentive and spent a lot of time with us explaining treatment options, procedures, and looking forward at what we should expect. Don't try and book a referral appointment if you are self-employed as this physicians practice does not accept self-pay or cold hard cash (which is how we typically pay for medical treatment). They prefer only prefer to only work with the greedy insurance companies. Their CEO needs to look at changing this policy as I wanted the best physicians and healthcare for my wife.
