This is our second loan with Jeremy Rigdon, and he has been so good about explaining every step of the process. In one instance, I emailed him a question and he responded with a 5-minute video explaining the fields of a document. We saw slightly lower rates from other lenders, but stuck with Jeremy because of the competitive rate and trusted service.
100/10 recommend. Jeremy helped guide me after another lender gave me false information that really hurt my credit/approval. Was always a call or text away at any time and really helped guiding us through our first home buying process.
I spent a lot of time with a lot of lenders, but when I came across Jeremy, my search was over! He is always available, always willing to take my calls and answer all my questions.
