I was referred to Dr. RICHMOND BY ENT & SINUS DOCTOR. IVE BEING TREATED FOR ONGOING OVERLOAD OF MUCUS SINCE BEING ASSAULTED AND HAVE NOT REALLY HAD ANY RESOLUTION. IVE HAD 3 CT. BRAIN MRI DUE TO CONCUSSION AND PTSD. NOBODY HAS REALLY ASKED ME FOR THOSE RECORDS AND THIS IS WHEN THIS ALL STARTED. Dr. Richmon saved my life. I had a life threatening cancer that potentially could have ended my career also. He is the antithesis of the stereotyped surgeon. He is very friendly and approachable. Dr. Richmon is always professional and personable. He has a positive attitude, a good sense of humor and easily puts one at ease. He also explains procedures and risks in a straightforward manner and always checks for concerns or questions.
Dr. Richmon fit me in into his schedule at short notice. He was very knowledgible and straightforward. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Richmon is fantastic. I'm extremely pleased with the care and treatment he has provided me since my tonsil & lymph node cancer diagnosis in 2017. Surgery and follow-up visits have been very good. Best decision I made upon learning I had cancer was to go to MGH and MEE. I highly recommend Dr. Richmon for anyone in a similar situation.
