I didn't get help, I came in for an early 8:10am appointment just to be sent away without being seen. Received two phone calls prior to my appointment day and in those phone calls I was not told to bring a cd of my mri. The mri and notes is in my osu mychart easily accessible with my phone to at least be seen and get some idea of next steps but was told it has to be on cd and my responsibility to retrieve from osu. They acted like I ruined their day, had me pay copay, and reschedule.

He’s a wonderful doctor, and I truly thank God for him. He took the time to listen to me and helped with my pain. The way I was feeling before is not the same anymore—I feel so much better. He connected me with a good physical therapy that is already making a real difference. He treats his patients like family, making sure they are well cared for and in good hands. Thank you so much.

My experience with Dr Mathis was exceptional. He is pleasant to speak with, he listens, he advises and he acts. I am a previous patient of his and was totally satisfied. I am confident that he will provide the best of care!
