Hunter was not friendly or welcoming. When I walked into the office, he didn’t acknowledge me and just stared at me as if I was interrupting his day. He did not greet me or make me feel welcomed. He would benefit from customer service training. Two or three weeks ago, I also emailed Jeremy Presley because I wanted to open a new insurance account, and to this day there has been no response.
