If I could give zero stars I would. I had one visit here to get cleared for school in 2021. I paid my copayment, and now in 2023 they are trying to charge me again for the copayment I paid in 2021! I’ve called them several times, they say it’s been taken care of then I get another letter in the mail. If they can’t even get their billing together, are we supposed to trust them with our medical care? Also, the copayment was only $20! I have the proof in bank statements and they still can’t get it fixed.
