I have struggled since I was a young teenager with emotional and compulsive eating and when a friend told me how much Jeremy had helped her, I thought I would give it a try. I have a hypnotherapy and two follow up EMDR sessions with Jeremy and found them to be invaluable in stopping me drinking alcohol and getting me through my first large social occasion alcohol free with little to no anxiety.
