Dr. Kilburn has one of the best “bedside manners” Of any physician I have ever met. He has worked hard to use Average people’s language when explaining cancer and the very complicated treatments involved. Both he and his facilitator, Julie, made me feel at ease because of their warmth and Kindness and general regards for my individual situation. I also appreciated that both Dr. Kilburn and Julie have delightful senses of humor.
