As my experience with this doctor, after being referred to him following my work injury, and after a few visits with him, I realized that he is truly well-educated, professional, and knowledgeable. He provides solutions to the problem, I had PRP injection and he did very good job , and also he can listen to you for as long as needed. Very nice man. Explains everything and makes sure you understand. Always makes sure your comfortable and in as little pain as possible. He has done a couple procedures on my back and has always listened to my concerns. His PA is just as great as he is!!
The entire team of Dr. Gallant is exceptional! Carissa at the front desk problem solved with one of Dr. Gallant’s nurses to try to help me! I did not have an appointment and just went to Methodist Health West. I was willing to see any doctor because of my lower lumbar pain. Carissa said Dr. Gallant would be seeing me! I was extremely grateful that he squeezed me in. After speaking with him and answering my questions, he devised a short term plan to get through the weekend. I waited 5 weeks for an appt only to find he the doctor was running behind so they requested that I reschedule another 4 weeks away. I had a 1 o’clock appointment and showed up at one, which is the time on the text message they sent, only for them to tell me since I had paperwork to do they wanted me to reschedule. There are plenty of other specialists who value the time of their patients and paying customers. This is not one of those offices.
