The entire team of Dr. Gallant is exceptional! Carissa at the front desk problem solved with one of Dr. Gallant’s nurses to try to help me! I did not have an appointment and just went to Methodist Health West. I was willing to see any doctor because of my lower lumbar pain. Carissa said Dr. Gallant would be seeing me! I was extremely grateful that he squeezed me in. After speaking with him and answering my questions, he devised a short term plan to get through the weekend. I waited 5 weeks for an appt only to find he the doctor was running behind so they requested that I reschedule another 4 weeks away. I had a 1 o’clock appointment and showed up at one, which is the time on the text message they sent, only for them to tell me since I had paperwork to do they wanted me to reschedule. There are plenty of other specialists who value the time of their patients and paying customers. This is not one of those offices.

Dr. Gallant was referred to me by my, now retired, pain management doctor, Dr. Shawn Pettis. I was in need of major back surgery but needed cortisone injections before jumping to surgery. My first visit in May 2023 was just to meet Dr. Gallant. What a nice guy! Came in, he pulled up a chair, asked many questions, let my husband & I ask many questions. I knew why Dr Pettis referred me to him. Very caring doctor. Plus he wears cowboy boots.😉 My first injection was June 13th, second one July 26th. Unfortunately, I did have bac... read more
