Always great every time I go in.
I asked them to restore a broken chain and replace the battery on my watch. I was quoted 150.OO. I went to another Jeweller in Sale. He did all of the above for 15.00. .

Jeremy helped my son design an engagement ring for his fiancee. Jeremy also made the ring a bespoke spectacular and dazzling piece of jewellery.
Terrible service. Asked for a watch to have a replacement battery and 3 links removed while on holiday from Perth WA. Had to wait 4 days for it to be done and the links were not removed, even though we were still charged for it! Unfortunately there was no time to go back and have the issue resolved because we were leaving to return to Perth and they had already had the watch for 4 days. Really disappointed as we were informed it was an award winning jeweller and the best in Sale.
