I’m Brazilian and I was having a lot of difficulty finding a doctor who would really listen to me and pay attention to my concerns. I found Dr. Jeremy Drake and I thank God for that. He listened to all my complaints, examined me, and relieved the worries that had been keeping me up at night. His assistant Catherine was very kind and gentle with me, treating me with great care and affection. The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. Dr. Drake was thorough in his examination. However, I did not find out about all the risks of the recommended biopsy until I read the online visit summary after I got home. Also, I was not comfortable being asked to sign privacy documents without being given a copy to read first.
Dr. Drake is knowledgeable and professional. Recommend.
