I read some bad reviews here, but that wasn't my experience. Dr. Jacobson listened and scheduled appropriate testing. Interesting the staff member advised the doctor isn't very social. I said I didn't care. I just want him to be a good doctor. He was social, however and validated what I was experiencing and put a plan together. The one suggestion I have is that the DR. directly follows up with the patient, even just a few words. I had questions and wanted his input but his nurse continued to reply. I have been waiting for roughly 4 weeks for clearance for my dad's cancer surgery. Still nothing - his surgery is scheduled for November 5th. I have made numerous calls along with the surgeon's office with no response. I am now enlisting the help of other family members to call and push it. Right now I feel by the time they actually send it, his cancer will be stage 4 and he'll be on his way out. Not a very good feeling at all.
