I worked with Jeremy a few months ago when I bought a condo in Northern Virginia. I live out of town, so I had to count on Jeremy to take care of a lot of things that I could not take care of locally. Jeremy took a thoughtful and creative approach to selling my unique property in Fairfax. He offered a valuation based on objective data and updated that information for me throughout the process. During the appraisal, he met with the appraiser in person, defended the price, and thereby helped avoid any valuation concerns. He identified the key negotiation issues, addressed each creatively, and ensured the property sold without complications. He is highly skilled and trustworthy. I cannot recommend Jeremy more highly.
