Dr. Colley was a fellow while I was a forensic patient quite a few years back. In 2008 Dr. Colley was assigned to evaluate me to determine whether I should be transferred to a less secured facility or not. I was a CPL 330.20 at that time which would probably be the most difficult legal status to overcome. He evaluated me, testified on my behalf in court and the rest is history.
