He was very detailed ,took his time,explained everything and prescribed what he felt I needed. Very good bedside manner. Was very knowledgeable !
It would be really nice to schedule an appointment that isn’t weeks away. Defeats the entire purpose of having a “general practitioner”. Customer service is dead in every other industry; I guess medicine had to join the party.

Because it won't let me give them 0 stars. This is (was until today) my PCP office but because I was in auto accident they won't see me. What kind of doctor doesn't see their patients when they make an appointment like the hospital informed them to do. I will be finding a new PCP and hope no one else uses this office that gets into any accidents.
Jeremy is one of the best primary care providers I have had. He has been most informative about my health and health conditions. He is very helpful when I have problems ans he helps offer solutions. I appreciate doc Jeremy and his whole staff so much. I feel at ease when I go to the Dixie office. Thank you very much doc Jeremy for everything! Carla sue hicks
