I had homeowner's insurance through this office. They added a fireplace to the policy that never existed as well as increasing premiums year over year without any claims being made. I purchased a new home and found a better insurance provider. After canceling and service and letting them know my current address to send my refund too. They instead sent it to the previous address that I do not live at. My car broke down and I sat on the side of the road for over an hour a half after calling them 3 times for roadside assistance - very disappointed. Been a client for over 20 years
