I have been seeing Doc Alland for almost 10 years now. I have arthritic knees and feet, and he has been giving me cortisone injections in the troubled areas. I tolerate the cortisone very well and the frequency of injection has dropped. He always explains the biomechanics of the knee and foot very well in simple laymen's terms as importantly, he listens to what you say, without any need to suggest injections or surgery unless me, the patient decides so.
