Poor Communication and Unprofessional Care: My 84-year-old mother completed a home sleep study, but the results were inconclusive. A week before her appointment, I called the office and was told to keep the appointment and discuss the results with the doctor. When we arrived, the doctor asked why we were there and said the office should have informed us that the test was inconclusive and needed to be repeated.
