A few years ago I had a serious accident where a drone cut my fingers badly. As someone who types every day, this was extremely scary for me. To make matters worse, a friend of mine had recently cut her finger and went to two different hospitals, and both did a poor job stitching it. Lake Forest Urgent care is fantastic. The care I received from Dr. Rothfeld however wasn't. He was dismissive, did not listen to my concerns and shrugged off my pain as if I was exaggerating. This happened over a year ago but I am still so upset by his professionalism that I finally decided to write about it. I checked into the ER with severe stomach pain.
