i had a great experience at jeremiah’s italian ice thanks to justin he was professional and patient it’s clear he takes pride in his work and values the costumer justin’s has outstanding customer service made my visit even better !! and that strawberry lemonade is really good.

I came in a few weeks ago looking for a delicious treat. I was pleasantly surprised with the Italian ice it was so delicious. I also met on of the sweetest down to earth employees ever. Her name was Della Florey and she kindly helped me choose the perfect treat when I didn’t know what I wanted. She also patiently waited for me as I was deciding what to order (even though I took forever). She kindly still made my order and gave it to me with the sweetest smile on her face. Now I will make to return at least once a week.

Justin at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice provided amazing customer service He was friendly welcoming, and had such a positive attitude from the moment we walked in He took the time to answer our questions made great recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed You can tell he genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience Employees like Justin are the reason people want to come back Thank you for the excellent service!
