Today, 10/11/2025,around 2:50 I placed an order online. After I placed my order, a girl called me shortly after to tell me they didn't have the flavors I wanted. I asked her what flavors they had with the little English I knew. She didn't seem to understand me well, but in the end she did and prepared my order the way I wanted it. The ice cream is good. Was excited for this to be a nice little neighborhood ice cream shop but we have visited several times and the disappointment grows with each visit. To the person reading this- PLEASE invest in some training for each person working at this location. No one is able to make a decent soft serve cone. The size and structure varies drastically each time. There is a technique to making cones from a soft serve machine and no one here has it.
