The Italian Ice is amazing!! 5** I’ve ordered here several times, but tonight’s experience was disappointing. The manager was rude and unhelpful, with no customer service skills. Since they don’t have lids for the ½-gallons, I was forced to buy quarts at a higher price, even though I was purchasing the equivalent of a gallon. Yesterday, when I took my parent’s to Jeremiah’s for dessert, the 2 young men who worked there IGNORED us for 10 minutes while they cleaned, and their shop was going to be open for 2 1/2 more hours. TERRIBLE SERVICE, PATHETIC STAFF, DELETING THE APP, AND NEVER VISITING JEREMIAH’S EVET AGAIN!
