The Italian Ice is amazing!! 5** I’ve ordered here several times, but tonight’s experience was disappointing. The manager was rude and unhelpful, with no customer service skills. Since they don’t have lids for the ½-gallons, I was forced to buy quarts at a higher price, even though I was purchasing the equivalent of a gallon.
