This place is great in the ice cream itself is to die for. It's probably the best that I have ever had. But whenever you make an order and you need to call and change it and they don't have their voicemail setup and no one will answer the phone or has it turned off this is very annoying. I tried to cash in my points to get a free delivery but it didn't tell me that I couldn't get free delivery right now until I had already paid. Extremely slow service, high prices, poor drive-thru item packaging If I go through a drive-thru, I probably can't eat a leaking ice-cream cup, why in the world is it packaged the same as if I walk in and sit down?
The best Italian ice I've found in Alabama. And you can't beat the prices for the sizes you get. I got 5 of the smalls and paid like $22..
