Said they were closed over an hour before the hours said. Employees wouldn’t even look at us. Even if they “closed at 9” because they were slow it was still before 9pm.
Really enjoyed our visit to Jeremiah’s Italian Ice in Mt. Juliet! I love the concept and the huge variety of flavors, there’s something for everyone. The menu can be a little overwhelming at first because there are so many combinations, but the staff were super friendly, patient, and helpful. They let us sample a few flavors and gave us great recommendations that ended up being delicious! We came with our kids for the first time here. Super cute place to bring your kids to but customer service was extremely disappointing. The 2 girls were on the phone looking at something and laughing, when we walked in they acted like we were a bother to them and didn’t actually put their phone away until I pulled out my phone to zoom in on the menu behind them as I cannot see and they didn’t offer to assist us in any way.
