We came to this location for the first time on December 2nd. The ice cream was really good, as always, and the place was nice and clean. There were six people ahead of us in line and there was only one worker there and she was doing everything. So the wait was longer than it should have been and I felt sorry for the young lady having to do everything by herself. She did a great job and deserves 10 stars.
I placed a DoorDash order today and my order was messed up at first, so I went ahead and placed another one. They ended up remaking my order and even gave me an extra one to make up for the mistake. I am extremely thankful for that kindness—it truly made my day!
Awesome!!!! My kiddo loves this place. Very clean environment and friendly staff.
I stopped by tonight for my usual order and was initially greeted warmly, but that friendliness quickly turned into rudeness. I mentioned right away that my order was to-go. The items were made over the top and brought out by another employee (not the cashier who helped me) who had a very unpleasant attitude. She took the drinks back, shoved them under lids, and made a mess in the process.
