I stopped by tonight for my usual order and was initially greeted warmly, but that friendliness quickly turned into rudeness. I mentioned right away that my order was to-go. The items were made over the top and brought out by another employee (not the cashier who helped me) who had a very unpleasant attitude. She took the drinks back, shoved them under lids, and made a mess in the process. Clearly this is a well ran business. All the employees are constantly engaging with customers, addressing questions. Service is quick and the product is amazing. Wish there was another location near old 471 😋
