love the italian ice here when i came here last summer, so i went back today. unfortunately, i didn’t realize they were closed, so i rang the doorbell to their window, as there’s a sign that says to. the door worker opened the window frustrated and starts off by saying “i’m going to go ahead and tell you, i’m in here cleaning and we don’t open until 1.” of course i understood this and apologized and told her that i didn’t know, but she was very hostile and her facial expressions were also telling of how much i irritated her.... read more
