While their actual Italian ice is decent, we have had two bad experiences here and I don't think we will be risking a third. Both times involved ice cream not being available. The first time, they said someone had turned off the ice cream machine before completing our order so no ice cream for half our party. The second time, we ordered and thought everything was fine. really great Italian ice and decent prices :) it's a cute shop. but Unfortunately some of the people working there were very rude. Seemed annoyed we were there at 7
