When I walked into Jerimiah’s I immediately felt welcomed by the employees especially Echi. She was very nice and patient with my family and I’s order. I 100% recommend coming here for a little sweet treat.
I went to this establishment earlier the week with my son after a basketball tournament, when we arrive we were waiting for more then 10minutes due to them be under staff which is understandable but upon placing are order we notice the amount of flying nats when we got near the register we ask to speak to a manager when the young lady said she was out on break. Every time I have went up there the past 3-6 months, half the flavors are out of stock and workers claim it's the delivery truck issue. We CANT call up there due to the number being changed or wrong. Please fix this
I really love this place and come here once a week after school for a special treat with my son. Normally, everything is great, but the service during the Memorial Day night shift was a total miss. I understand it was near closing, but there was still a 35 to 40-minute window left, so the service shouldn't have felt so rushed and unprofessional.
