I absolutely give the plantation store a star. This is embarrassing, but I literally come in there twice a day every day for the past couple months. Every time I have come in there, I have never once had a problem and I like I said come in there twice a day every day. The manager is amazing. Icee is good, but we were disappointed. Took my kids there, who both have special needs. ADHD and autism. One of the kids touched their colorful tip jar and the OWNER corrected her, which is fine, but she was pretty rude about it. This is a business that primarily serves children so these things will happen. It's part of doing business. The kids were not rowdy or unruly. There's a way to say things and a way not to. The worker kaylee made my experience amazing. She has amazing work ethic and has a great attitude every time i see her.
Here in Florida for a law school visit and stopped by here because I was craving ice cream. Stephanie was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! She asked me was it my first time here and after I told her yes, she walked through the menu with me, allowed me to try different flavors and was very patient!!! She wasn’t rude, she didn’t get annoyed or have an attitude or rush me or anything. Definitely a fresh breath of air in 2026 within the customer service industry!!! Will definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area again.
