Our first time here and bought 4 delicious treats for my family and me yesterday. The young lady behind the counter was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We'll go back again.
The person there refused to honor my reward in the app. My reward doesn't expire until July. It was for a free medium treat. He acted like he didn't want to serve my family. I had 3 other people with me that all purchased something so it wasn't like he was going to lose out on money. I don't know his name but he was a short Indian looking guy who wore glasses. Loved the variety of flavors and combos, the double fudge was delicious. Also love the tadpole size cup. I can’t eat too much ice cream in one sitting, and I hate to waste, so that was the perfect size for me, that alone makes me want to go back! Place is clean, new and spotless, big plus. McKenzie was super friendly and helpful, it’s so refreshing to find young people who do their work well and with a smile on their face :)
This is our new favorite place for ice cream treats! It’s a combination of Italian ice mixed with soft serve ice cream. There are multiple flavors to choose from and various toppings you can get as well.
