Disappointing quality and terrible customer service. Our order totaled $50, but my ice cream was served rock-solid frozen while everyone else received normal, soft ice cream. I thought the hard texture was intentional at first, but after struggling to scrape off just five spoonfuls, I brought the issue to the staff's attention.
